Meet Viliane Felix
Your Southwest Florida Mobile Notary
Hi, I'm Viliane Felix, a Florida Notary Public and certified loan signing agent, and the owner of Felix Notary Service of SWFL. I started this business to make notarization easy, by coming to you. Whether you're closing on a home, signing a power of attorney at the hospital, or finalizing estate documents with family, I'll meet you at your home, office, or care facility across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and surrounding areas. I'm patient, discreet, and senior-friendly, and I treat every signing with care and attention to detail. I also offer remote online notarization for clients who can't meet in person. I look forward to serving you!
